Talent Cradle is a youth development research center set up within an organization that does adolescent camp education(focuses on non-academic factors, gifted education and talent development), and its name is "light and youth campus violence prevention research center". In the course of our career in the past decade, we have come into contact with a lot of teenagers who have been seriously injured by campus violence. We believe that through systematic action and more youth participation in the action, we can effectively prevent the occurrence of campus violence. The most important vision of our "Guardian" project is that we hope that through action, the injured can be healed; at the same time, through action, all people can pay attention to this problem, empower young people, and make them become their own guardians. As an internal research and action organization of the education company, the company provides talents and various resources for the implementation of the project. At the same time, we also have close cooperation with many scholars from the center for positive nature research of Tsinghua University(the top uni in China), and are preparing to launch some youth advocacy initiatives with UNESCO as well.
