Founded in 2002 in Somalia, SOHRA is non-Profit, non-Government organization as well as independent human Rights and humanitarian organization working for the rights of local community and their Services without making distinction of any kind among peoples, such as race, sex, language, Religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin Our principles are good Governance, Accountability, Transparency, Human Rights instruments, Support Peaceful and sustainable Developments, Women Empowerment Credibility, confidentiality, advocate for Voiceless group of Societies and protection of Marginalized group of Somalia Vision An Efficient and Effective of participation of civil society actors through sustainable development for all community concerned Program sectors, Protection and Promotion Human Rights advocacy, professionalism and integrity, an inclusive social justice, governance, democracy and humanitarian program guided mutual understand and equal opportunity for all.

SOHRA advocates innovation approaches and models to strengthen unity, and participation of the Civil Society Organizations along the frameworks of inclusive social justice, sustainable governance, political, environmental, development and humanitarian programs, and protection and promotion of grassroots community.
