Hope 4 Young Girls Tanzania is non-Government ad not for profit organization (NGO) established and registered in 2012 under the Ministry of Community Development Gender Elderly and Children registration number 00NGO/00005801 with head quarter in Dar es salaam Tanzania. Hope 4 Young Girls believe in investing in girls’ rights education as a long-term strategy to end gender-based violence.
Our focus is to provide practical support through education, peer support, economic empowerment in order to improve young women and adolescent girls’ quality of life, advance their rights, and give them a chance for a better future. We further focus on raising awareness on various risks factors faced by adolescent girls and young women such as a lack of education regarding their basic rights, sexual exploitation and abuse, gender-based violence, gender inequality and lack of peer and adult support.

Vision: Hope 4 Young Girls envisages a Tanzanian society where girls and young women have rights and take initiative for a social change.

Mission: To promote and change the passive culture among women and young girls by helping them learn to secure a honorable existence in their social, political & economic environment while playing an active role in future leadership and bring positive change on the lives of women and girls and encourage them to participate in process which enhance awareness of their rights and provide needed social support.
