Grow strong Foundation (GSF) is a grassroots not-for-profit and non-governmental organization, with the aim to target peacebuilding, empowerment, and community development. GSF was formed and registered by Young likes mind responding to the very low and pervasive literacy level, abject poverty, and long period of neglect suffered in the North East Region of Nigeria.

The current and increased mayhem caused by the ISWAP has displaced so many households and IDP camp and host community keep increasing in number and hereby increasing community needs across Northern Nigeria, and extended to the West African sub-region, with consequent Humanitarian and social crisis that could not be responded to by local actors due to lack of funding and capacity. GSF aims to significantly reduce the entrenched culture of silence in our society and ensure sustainability through organizing empowerment programs for relevant stakeholders to take responsibility of managing their conflict and grievances in a non-violent manner.

Since 2017, GSF has worked to promote and protect the welfare of vulnerable people from all forms of social, economic and emotional discrimination through Peace Building, Education, Protection, health care, advocacy and sensitization and community awareness programs.
