Gede Community Resource Centre (GCRC) was initiated by transforming communities in Kenya TRACK a local CBO in Kilifi County. The project seeks to facilitate creation of an environment that will empower youth to actively participate in activities and programs to improve and/or better their livelihoods. To realize this broad goal, GCRC developed a strategy that focuses on achieving the following objectives: 1. Improving employment opportunities among youth. 2. Increasing youth empowerment, education and training opportunities. 3. Increase access of information among youth. 4. Reducing drug abuse among youth.
