Family Support Trust is a Zimbabwean non governmental organization that provides medical and psychosocial support to children who have been sexually abused. The organization runs child friendly clinics that examines the children, tests them for HIV, STIs and pregnancy in cases they have gotten these during an abuse. It also provides the necessary treatment and prophylaxis for these. The organization further provides crisis and trauma counselling during the process. It also fills a medical affidavit which is then used in court during prosecution of the cases. The organization also carries out outreach work meant to prevent the abuse of children in the community.
