EOS Social Responsibility Solutions was created to help companies/legal entities align and insert in their respective policies and procedures, International Human Rights and Humanitarian standards and best practices. The idea was developed to push for companies to be more ethical and respectful of international laws. For the time being, EOS is focused on two major projects. The first project will be dedicated to the promotion of a "human rights culture" within companies. Therefore, among many other services, EOS will: 1. Create and/or help companies adapt a statement that respects Human Rights (most major companies already have this); 2. Review the internal policies to align these former with the Human Rights statement (i.e. Manuals for employees, contractors, public and private security providers); 3. Develop for each client and deliver in-person and/or virtual trainings; 4. Ensure through audits compliance with Human Rights. The second project of EOS will be dedicated to learning. The intent behind this project is to make human rights education accessible and available to everyone, not just to law students. Our target are going to be high school children and non-law students. Therefore, EOS will be developing course modules and delivering classes and workshops to schools around the world to make the business world a growing, self-sustainable environment.
