The El-shaddai Ministries Trust is a Non Governmental and Non-profit organization working for the development of Dalit and Tribal community people in Kancheepuram District and Villupuram District in Tamilnadu in India since 1998. All these families are living in below poverty line and the women and children are suffering without their basic needs. Due to financial deficit the tribal and Dalit children are dropout from schools and working with their parents as a housemaid, some girl children are working in Brick Industries and handloom industries for minimum wages. In this view, our organization has constructed the formal school at Paravour village in Villupuram district for these children to provide nursery and primary education.The objective of these school is to help and motivate these children to continue their formal education. The dropout children and children who do not attend any formal schools and work in brick industries benefit from this school. We will be motivating and helping the parents to enroll children in schools and also in getting transfer certificates and admissions.
