Christian Action for Relief and Development-CARD

Christian Action for Relief and Development-CARD is a Christian humanitarian development agency of the Episcopal Church of South Sudan; founded in 2011 by the Senior Clergies of the Episcopal Church of South Sudan Diocese of Wau, The Most Rev, Archbishop Moses Deng Bol and Rev. Andrew Apiny Macham.

The organisation is legally registered by the South Sudan Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) as non-political, non-religious, non-profit making, non-proselyte, non –partisan.

Organisation Vision: To Transform Social Inequality and empowered Community for a Just World in Which People Lives with Dignity and Prosperity.

Mission: To Equip Community with leadership Development Skills and Economic Empowerment, Through Innovative Development Programs, Human Rights Advocacy and Community engagement.

CARD motto is “Restoring Hopes, Inspiring Actions, Transforming Lives” This motto is underpinned the vision and mission its driven from the Book of (James 2:18) which talk about God-talk without God-acts is outrageous nonsense. Faith and works, works and faith, fit together hand in glove.
