Founded in December 1991, Child Welfare League Foundation (CWLF) is a non-profit organization devoted to child and youth welfare in the fields of both direct and indirect services. With the vision, “Together with Children, Create a Better World,” we provide over 25 direct services to children and families, including child protective services, vulnerable and disadvantaged families support services, parenting and childcare support services, child empowerment program, etc. We endeavor to help each child through adversity while supporting and empowering families. Moreover, we take part in advocating and amending child welfare laws and conducting research on related issues. It is our wish that each child is looked after, understood and loved.
