1.0 BACKGROUND
Chibombo Child Development Agency is a child centered development organization working with ChildFund Zambia in implementing projects that respond to the needs of communities in the area of child protection, health, education and livelihood improvement. The organization is a federation of six community associations. Namely: - Katuba, Keembe, Kalola, Mungule, Kabile and Namayani. The organization is registered under the new NGO Act of the laws of Zambia. The organization came into being after merging three child family helper projects and three new community associations in 2007.
2.0 VISION
We envisage a society where children are healthy, educated, safe and empowered.
3.0 MISSION
To promote child and youth development projects that help mitigate the root causes of child poverty.
