The 1st International Care Leavers Convention is gathering youth who have grown up inside children’s homes from India and across the world. This conference will provide a platform for “care leavers” – young people who have left children’s homes upon turning 18 – to tell their stories and share their experiences, amplifying their voices and pushing for change in policy and practice.
